基于数据挖掘分析近10年针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的取穴规律（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：总结分析近10年针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床研究文献中的取穴规律。方法：计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方（Wanfang）、维普（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）及PubMed等数据库中2010年1月至2020年2月以针灸为主治疗类风湿关节炎的临床研究文献，建立针灸处方数据库并运用数据挖掘技术分析临床治疗的取穴规律。结果：共纳入76篇文献，涉及腧穴394个。经数据挖掘分析后发现，临床所取腧穴频次最高的为足三里、肾俞、关元等，涉及膀胱经、胃经、脾经上的穴位为主，占总频次的53.55%；特定穴位以五输穴的使用频次最高，占总频次的34.77%。结论：通过数据挖掘分析临床针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的选穴规律，为日后临床治疗的开展及实验研究提供数据依据。

Rules of Acupoint Selection for the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Data Mining in Recent 10 Years

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To summarize and analyze the rules of acupoint selection in the clinical research literature of acupuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in recent 10 years.Methods:Databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and PubMed were retrieved for clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from January 2010 to February 2020,establishing acupuncture prescription database,and analyzing acupoint selection rules by data mining technology.Results:A total of 76 articles were included,involving 394 acupoints.After data mining and analysis,it was found that the most frequently selected acupoints were Zusanli（ST 36）,Shenshu（BL 23）,Guanyuan（RN 4）,etc.,including the acupoints mainly related to the bladder meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian,accounting for 53.55% of the total frequency.As for the special acupoints,the frequency of Five Shu points was the highest,accounting for 34.77% of the total frequency.Conclusion:Data mining analysis of the acupoint selection rules in the clinical acupuncture treatment for rheumatoid arthritis can provide data basis for future clinical treatment and experimental research.
