系统性红斑狼疮患者婚姻质量及影响因素分析（调查研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：调查系统性红斑狼疮患者婚姻质量现状并分析其影响因素。方法：采用一般资料调查表、Olson婚姻质量问卷及系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数（SLEDAI）对380例已婚系统性红斑狼疮患者进行调查。结果：患者婚姻质量总分为（326.89±24.57）分，婚姻满意度、经济安排、子女与婚姻、性生活及夫妻交流维度得分均低于常模，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；不同子女状况、病程、工作状况及疾病活动指数的患者婚姻质量得分比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：系统性红斑狼疮患者的婚姻质量低于一般人群，医护人员有必要开展有针对性的心理干预，以提高患者的婚姻质量。

Analysis of Marriage Quality and Influencing Factors of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the status quo of marriage quality of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:Three hundred and eighty married patients with SLE were investigated by general information questionnaire,Olson marriage quality questionnaire and SLE disease activity index（SLEDAI）.Results:The total score of marriage quality was（326.89±24.57）.The scores of marriage satisfaction,economic arrangement,children and marriage,sexual life and communication between husband and wife were lower than the norm,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.The scores of marriage quality of patients with different children's status,course of disease,work status and disease activity index were statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:The marriage quality of SLE patients is lower than that of the general population.It is necessary for medical staff to carry out targeted psychological intervention to improve their marriage quality.
