风湿科老年患者跌倒健康教育需求调查分析（调查研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：了解风湿科老年患者对跌倒相关健康教育的需求情况，为探求合理的健康教育模式，进行预防性知识宣教提供参考。方法：采用自行设计的问卷对100例风湿科老年患者进行调查。结果：风湿科老年患者的跌倒健康教育需求评分偏低，为（2.35±1.03）分。其中了解导致跌倒的环境因素的需求评分最低，为（1.73±1.01）分；跌倒后的应急处理措施需求评分最高，为（2.64±0.98）分。不同年龄、不同学历对健康教育方式的选择不同，除一对一讲解、发放宣传资料外，其他选择方式差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：风湿科老年患者对跌倒相关健康教育不够重视，需求偏低。不同年龄、学历对健康教育方式需求各不相同，其对跌倒的认知水平和安全意识有待提高，进行健康教育时要因人施教。

Investigation and Analysis of Health Education Demand for Fall of Elderly Patients in Rheumatology Department

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To learn the need of related health education for fall of elderly patients in rheumatology department,so as to provide reference for seeking a reasonable health education model and carrying out preventive knowledge education.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 100 elderly patients in rheumatology department.Results:The score of the need of related health education for fall of elderly patients in rheumatology department was（2.35±1.03）.Among them,the lowest score was（1.73±1.01）about the environmental factors that lead to falls,and the highest score was（2.64±0.98）for emergency response measures after falls.Old people with different ages and education backgrounds have different choices for health education.Except for one-to-one explanation and distribution of publicity materials,other choices are statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:The elderly patients in rheumatology department don't pay enough attention to related health education for fall,and their demand is low.Old people with different ages and educational backgrounds have different demands for health education.Their cognition level and safety awareness of fall need to be improved.Health education should be based on people's need.
