黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合新风胶囊改善类风湿关节炎湿热证患者免疫炎症指标的数据挖掘研究（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】运用数据挖掘方法及随机行走模型，评价黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合新风胶囊对类风湿关节炎湿热证患者免疫炎症的影响。方法：收集安徽中医药大学第一附属医院风湿病科2012年6月至2019年5月类风湿关节炎湿热证患者的病历资料。以使用黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合新风胶囊的患者为试验组，以仅使用新风胶囊的患者为对照组，以实验室指标为基础，构建随机行走模型，评价黄芩清热除痹胶囊与新风胶囊联合用药对患者实验室指标的影响。结果：①共计1029例类风湿关节炎湿热证患者符合本研究要求，其中试验组350例，对照组679例。②试验组在降低红细胞沉降率（ESR）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白G（IgG）、补体C3、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体方面均优于对照组。③经随机行走模型分析，2组患者ESR、IgG的综合评价指标和接受的干预措施存在长程关联。结果表明，试验组ESR、IgG在行走正向增长率、随机波动幂率值、改善系数、期望改善值等方面均优于对照组。结论：黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合新风胶囊能够有效改善类风湿关节炎湿热证患者的异常免疫炎症指标，其疗效优于单纯使用新风胶囊。

Data Mining of Huangqin Qingre Chubi Jiaonang（黄芩清热除痹胶囊）Combined with Xinfeng Jiaonang（新风胶囊）to Improve the Immune Inflammation Index in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis of Damp-heat Syndrome

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To evaluate the effect of Huangqin Qingre Chubi Jiaonang（黄芩清热除痹胶囊）combined with Xinfeng Jiaonang（新风胶囊）on the immune inflammation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of damp-heat syndrome by using data mining method and random walk model.Methods:The medical records（from June 2012 to May 2019）of patients with rheumatoid arthritis of damp-heat syndrome were collected from the Rheumatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.The experiment group treated with the combination of Huangqin Qingre Chubi Jiaonang and Xinfeng Jiaonang and the control group treated with Xinfeng Jiaonang were grouped to establish random walk models to evaluate the effect of the combined medication on the laboratory indexes of patients.Results:①A total of 1029 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of damp-heat syndrome met the requirements of this study,350 cases in the experiment group and 679 cases in the control group.②The experiment group was superior to the control group in reducing ESR,hs-CRP,rheumatoid factor,IgG,C3 and anti citrullinated peptide antibody.③According to the analysis for the random walk models,the comprehensive evaluation indexes of ESR and IgG in the two groups had a long-term correlation with the interventions.The results showed that ESR and IgG in the experiment group were better than those in the control group in terms of positive growth rate of walking,power rate of random fluctuation,improvement coefficient and expected improvement value.Conclusion:Huangqin Qingre Chubi Jiaonang combined with Xinfeng Jiaonang can effectively improve the abnormal immune inflammation index in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of damp-heat syndrome,and their curative effect is better than Xinfeng Capsule alone.
