白芍总苷对幼年特发性关节炎患儿白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1和肿瘤坏死因子-α表达的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨白芍总苷对幼年特发性关节炎患儿白细胞介素（IL）-6、IL-1和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）表达的影响。方法：选取2017年3月至2019年3月郑州大学附属儿童医院初治的幼年特发性关节炎患儿92例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组46例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用白芍总苷治疗，2组均治疗6个月。收集2组治疗前及治疗0.5，1，3，6个月血清，应用ELISA检测各组IL-6、IL-1和TNF-α水平，结合临床症状和实验室指标进行统计学分析。结果：治疗后，2组IL-6、IL-1和TNF-α水平明显低于治疗前，治疗组各个时间点IL-6、IL-1和TNF-α水平明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：白芍总苷能有效降低幼年特发性关节炎患儿血清IL-6、IL-1和TNF-α表达水平，从而发挥抗炎作用。

Effects of TGP on the Expressions of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α in Children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the effects of TGP on the expressions of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Methods:Ninety-two children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis firstly treated in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,46 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group,based on the treatment for the control group,was treated with TGP.The two groups were treated for 36 months.The serum of the two groups were collected before treatment and half a month,a month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA,which were statistically analyzed combining clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:TGP can effectively reduce the expressions of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α in serum of children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis,so as to play an anti-inflammatory role.
