热敷一号外用联合骶管注射治疗青少年型腰椎间盘突出症30例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察热敷一号联合骶管注射治疗青少年型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将60例青少年型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予骶管注射治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上外用热敷一号治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）和日本骨科学会下腰痛评分（JOA）记录患者治疗前、治疗1周、治疗3周及末次回访时改善情况，根据改良Macnab标准评估临床疗效。结果：治疗1周、3周及末次随访时，2组VAS评分、JOA评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组治疗1周、3周VAS评分、JOA评分均优于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗组优7例，良20例，可2例，差1例，优良率为90.00%；对照组优5例，良15例，可6例，差4例，优良率为66.67%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：热敷一号联合骶管注射治疗青少年型腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，满意度明显高于单纯骶管注射。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Adolescent Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Treated by External Application of Refu Yihao（热敷一号）Combined with Sacral Canal Injection

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Refu Yihao（热敷一号）combined with sacral canal injection in the treatment of adolescent lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases of adolescent lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each.The control group was given sacral canal injection,while the treatment group was treated with Refu Yihao based on the treatment for the control group.The course of treatment was a month for both groups.VAS and JOA were used to record the improvement of patients before treatment,1 week and 3 weeks after treatment and after the last follow-up.The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the modified Macnab standard.Results:One week and 3 weeks after treatment and after the last follow-up,the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）,and the VAS and JOA scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after 1 week's and 3 week's treatment（P < 0.05）.For the improvement in the treatment group,7 cases were excellent,20 cases were good,2 cases had no obvious improvement,1 case was bad,and the excellent and good rate was 90.00%;while in the control group,5 cases were excellent,15 cases were good,6 cases had no obvious improvement,4 cases were bad,and the excellent and good rate was 66.67%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:The curative effect of Refu Yihao combined with sacral canal injection in the treatment of juvenile lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is certain,better than the sacral canal injection alone.
