专科-社康序贯治疗改善类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的研究

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨专科-社康序贯治疗对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法：将160例类风湿关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组80例。对照组接受专科常规出院指导及随访，治疗组在常规出院指导及随访基础上，制定并实施专科-社康序贯治疗措施。2组患者入组时采用MOS SF-36量表对生活质量进行初评，入组12个月后再次测评。结果：共3例失访，其中治疗组2例，对照组1例；其余157例均获随访，随访时间为12个月。治疗组在实施专科-社康序贯治疗措施下，其生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、情感职能评分较治疗前显著改善（P < 0.05），且以上指标及精神健康、健康变化评分均优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：专科-社康序贯治疗可以明显改善类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量。

Study on Improving the Life Quality of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis by Specialty-social Health Sequential Treatment

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the effect of specialty-social health sequential treatment on the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharging guidance and followed up,while the treatment group was given the specialty-social health sequential treatment based the routine discharging guidance and follow-up.The life quality of patients was evaluated by MOS SF-36 scale at the time of admission,and was evaluated again after 12 months.Results:Except 3 cases（2 in the treatment group and 1 in the control group）,157 cases were followed up for 12 months.After giving the specialty-social health sequential treatment,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,general health,social function and emotional function in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the above indexes,mental health and health change scores were better than those in the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Specialty-social health sequential treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
