中药离子导入联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗风寒湿痹型

膝骨关节炎40例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察中药离子导入联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用院内制剂下肢洗伤方离子导入治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、西安大略和麦马斯特大学（WOMAC）骨关节炎指数。结果：治疗组优13例，良17例，中7例，差3例，优良率为75.00%，总有效率为92.50%；对照组优8例，良15例，中10例，差7例，优良率为57.50%，总有效率为82.50%。治疗组优良率、总有效率优于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数较治疗前均下降（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论：中药离子导入联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎具有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis of Wind-cold-dampness Bi Type Treated by TCM Iontophoresis and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Capsule

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM iontophoresis combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold dampness bi type.Methods:Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness bi type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule orally,while the treatment group was treated by TCM iontophoresis of washing lower extremity with self-made prescription based on the treatment for the control group.Two groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment,2 weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy,VAS before and after treatment,and WOMAC were observed.Results:In the treatment group,13 cases were excellent,17 cases were good,7 cases were modest,3 cases were not good,the excellent and good rate was 75.00%,and the total effective rate was 92.50%.In the control group,8 cases were excellent,15 cases were good,10 cases were modest,7 cases were not good,the excellent and good rate was 57.50%,and the total effective rate was 82.50%.The excellent and good rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS and WOMAC of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P > 0.05）.Conclusion:TCM iontophoresis combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule has a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness bi type.
