温阳通络胶囊治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎30例临床观察

　　【摘　要】目的：观察温阳通络胶囊治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组予温阳通络胶囊口服，对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服。2组均以6周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学（WOMAC）骨关节炎指数、寒证辨证等级因子等。结果：治疗组临床痊愈13例，显效7例，有效8例，无效2例，痊愈率为43.33%，总有效率为93.33%；对照组临床痊愈9例，显效12例，有效5例，无效4例，痊愈率为30.00%，总有效率为86.67%。2组痊愈率比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；2组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数、寒证辨证等级因子较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05）；治疗组VAS评分与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗组WOMAC骨关节炎指数、寒证辨证等级因子优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：温阳通络胶囊可明显减轻阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛及改善膝关节功能。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis of Yang Deficiency and Cold Coagulation Type Treated by Wenyang Tongluo Jiaonang（温阳通络胶囊）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongluo Jiaonang（温阳通络胶囊）on knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.Methods:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Wenyang Tongluo Jiaonang orally,while the control group was given Celecoxib Capsule.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks as a course of treatment.An observation was made for the clinical efficacy of the two groups,as well as VAS before and after treatment,WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index,and cold syndrome differentiation grade factors.Results:In the treatment group,13 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 43.33%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 30.00%,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.There was a significant difference in the recovery rate between the two groups（P < 0.05）;there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P > 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS,WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index and cold syndrome differentiation grade factors of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）;there was no significant differences in the VAS between the two groups（P > 0.05）.The WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index and the cold syndrome differentiation grade factor of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion: Wenyang Tongluo Jiaonang can obviously relieve pain and improve knee function for patients with knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.
