烫疗药热敷联合穴位艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎40例临床观察

　　【摘　要】目的：观察烫疗药热敷联合穴位艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例膝骨关节炎患者按照就诊先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组予烫疗药热敷联合穴位艾灸治疗，对照组予口服艾瑞昔布治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及西安大略和麦克马斯特大学（WOMAC）骨关节炎指数评分。结果：治疗后，2组VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分较治疗前均有改善，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；治疗1周、2周、4周，治疗组VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：烫疗药热敷联合穴位艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效显著，能够缓解疼痛，改善膝关节功能。

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Scalding Treatment Combined with Acupoint Moxibustion

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalding treatment combined with acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of visits,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given scalding treatment combined with acupoint moxibustion,while the control group was treated with iricoxib.Two groups were treated for four weeks as a course of treatment.VAS and WOMAC were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS and WOMAC of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance（P < 0.05）.One week,two weeks and four weeks after treatment,the VAS and WOMAC of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Scalding treatment combined with acupoint moxibustion is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis,which can relieve pain and improve knee function.
