止痛祛风胶囊的提取工艺与质量标准研究（药物研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：优选止痛祛风胶囊的提取工艺，并制定其质量标准草案。方法：采用正交试验，以提取的干膏得量及其总黄酮含量为指标，筛选制剂的最佳提取工艺；再研究制剂成型后的各项常规检查，制定制剂的质量标准草案。结果：优选的提取工艺达到预期目的，优化最佳提取工艺为以10倍量溶剂，浸泡0.5 h，提取2次，每次提取时间1.5 h；制定的质量标准草案符合实际、操作简便、稳定可靠。结论：优选出的制备工艺和质量标准草案合理可行，简便稳定，可操作性强，结果满意。

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Zhitong Qufeng Jiaonang（止痛祛风胶囊）and formulate its quality standard draft.Methods:Orthogonal test was used to select the optimum extraction process of the preparation with the yield of dry extract and the content of total flavonoids as the index,and then the routine examination after the preparation was studied to formulate the quality standard draft of the preparation.Results:The optimum extraction process reached the expected goal.The optimum extraction process was as follows:10 times of solvent,soaking for 0.5 h,extracting twice,1.5 h for each.The quality standard draft was practical,easy to operate,stable and reliable.Conclusion:The optimized preparation process and quality standard draft are reasonable,feasible,simple and stable,with strong maneuverability and satisfactory results.
