中药治疗硬皮病用药规律的文献分析（文献研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：归纳分析近18年间硬皮病中医常用方，寻找中药治疗硬皮病的辨证用药规律。方法：收集中国知网（CNKI）、万方（WanFang）、维普（VIP）等数据库中2000年1月至2018年10月单一中药内服治疗硬皮病的文献，排除其他联合内服及外用药物，有具体的用药、疗效、疗程、例数记载。将收集的数据制成Excel表格并进行分析得出结论。结果：41篇文献所载用药共治疗硬皮病患者350例，用药频次以黄芪、桂枝、当归为主，性味多辛、甘、温。结论：硬皮病的主要中医证型归纳为阳虚寒凝证、肺脾气虚证、阳虚血瘀证、痰瘀阻络证。用药多为活血化瘀、补虚、温阳、通络之品，并注重五脏的调治。

Literature Analysis on the Medication Rules in the Treatment of Scleroderma with Traditional Chinese Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To summarize and analyze average prescriptions for scleroderma in recent 18 years in order to find out the rules of syndrome differentiation and medication for scleroderma treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.Methods:Literatures on scleroderma treated only with Chinese medicine from January 2000 to October 2018 in CNKI,WanFang and VIP were retrieved with specific medication,curative effect,course of treatment and number of cases recorded,excluding combined treatment.The collected data were made into excel tables and analysis was used to draw conclusions.Results:A total of 350 scleroderma patients were treated with drugs in 41 literatures.Medicines with high frequency of medication were mainly Huangqi ［Astragalus membranaceus（Fisch.）Bunge.］,Guizhi（CassiaTwig）,and Danggui（Angelica sinensis）,being pungent and weet in flavor and and warm in nature.Conclusion:The main TCM syndromes of scleroderma are yang deficiency and cold coagulation,lung and spleen deficiency,yang deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals.Most of the medicines are for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying deficiency,warming yang and dredging collaterals,and attention is paid to the regulation of the five Zang organs.
