雷火灸及寒痹方外敷联合常规西药治疗风湿寒痹型痹病25例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察雷火灸及寒痹方外敷联合常规西药治疗风湿寒痹型痹病的临床疗效。方法：将50例风湿寒痹型痹病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组25例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用雷火灸联合寒痹方外敷。2组均治疗2周。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果：治疗组显效12例，有效10例，无效3例，总有效率为88.00%；对照组显效8例，有效12例，无效5例，总有效率为80.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后7 d、14 d，2组VAS评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05或P < 0.01），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05或P < 0.01）。结论：雷火灸及寒痹方外敷联合常规西药治疗风湿寒痹型痹病起效快、疗效满意，值得推广运用。

Clinical Observation on 25 Cases of Rheumatic-cold-bi-type Bi Syndrome Treated by Thunder-fire Moxibustion and External Application of Hanbi Fang（寒痹方）Combined with Conventional Western Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion and external application of Hanbi Fang（寒痹方） combined with conventional western medicine on rheumatic-cold-bi-type bi syndrome.Methods:Fifty cases of rheumatic-cold-bi-type bi syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was conventionally treated with Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Hanbi Fang on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and visual analogue scale（VAS）before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results:In the treatment group,12 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 88.00%;while in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 80.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.On the 7 th and 14 th days after treatment,the VAS of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment（P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）.Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion and external application of Hanbi Fang combined with conventional western medicine has a quick and satisfactory curative effect in treating rheumatic-cold-bi-type bi syndrome,which is worthy of popularization and application.
