益气养阴通络方联合来氟米特治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎患者疲乏程度及焦虑临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察益气养阴通络方联合来氟米特治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎患者疲乏程度及焦虑的临床疗效。方法：将80例气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予来氟米特片口服治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服益气养阴通络方。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，比较2组治疗前后疲乏程度、焦虑评分及中医证候评分。结果：治疗组临床控制7例，显效18例，有效9例，无效6例，总有效率为85.00%；对照组临床控制3例，显效11例，有效8例，无效18例，总有效率为55.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组患者疲乏程度、焦虑评分及中医证候评分均较治疗前明显降低（P < 0.05），且治疗组降低程度优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：益气养阴通络方联合来氟米特能有效改善气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎患者疲乏程度及焦虑，且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation on Fatigue and Anxiety in Patients with Qi-yin-deficiency Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang（益气养阴通络方）Combined with Leflunomide

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang（益气养阴通络方）combined with leflunomide on fatigue and anxiety in patients with qi-yin-deficiency rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Eighty patients with qi-yin-deficiency rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leflunomide tablets orally,while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months as a course.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the fatigue,anxiety scores and TCM syndrome scores of them before and after treatment were compared.Results:In the treatment group,7 cases were clinically controlled,18 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 85.00%.In the control group,3 cases were clinically controlled,11 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,18 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 55.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the degree of fatigue,the scores of anxiety and TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang combined with leflunomide can effectively relieve the fatigue and anxiety of patients with qi-yin-deficiency rheumatoid arthritis,without obvious adverse reactions.
