中药外敷、针刺联合常规西医疗法治疗急性期膝骨关节炎30例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察中药外敷、针刺联合常规西医疗法治疗急性期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例急性期膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予膝关节腔局部穿刺并注射玻璃酸钠配合口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药外敷配合针刺。2组均以2周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后膝骨关节炎自评量表（WOMAC）评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果：治疗组治愈9例，显效17例，有效2例，无效2例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组治愈5例，显效14例，有效6例，无效5例，总有效率为83.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组WOMAC评分、VAS评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：中药外敷、针刺联合常规西医疗法治疗急性期膝骨关节炎，可显著减轻患者疼痛，改善关节活动度，提高生活质量，短期临床疗效满意。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Acute Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with External Application of Chinese Medicine,Acupuncture Combined with Routine Western Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with acute knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local puncture of knee joint cavity and injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral Celecoxib Capsule.The treatment group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course.The clinical effect and the scores of WOMAC and VAS of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis can significantly reduce pain,improve joint mobility,and improve the quality of life,with a satisfactory short-term clinical effect.
