针刀松解术联合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎60例临床观察

目的：观察针刀松解术联合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用针刀松解术治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用超短波治疗。2组均以3周为1个疗程。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后膝关节WOMAC疼痛、僵硬、功能评分。结果：治疗组优32例，良18例，可7例，差3例，优良率为83.33%；对照组优25例，良15例，可14例，差6例，优良率为66.67%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组WOMAC疼痛、僵硬、功能评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05）；且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：针刀松解术联合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎安全简单，疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Acupotomy and Ultrashort Wave

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with sixty cases in each.The control group was treated with acupotomy,and the treatment group was treated with ultrashort wave on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for three weeks as a course.The WOMAC pain of knee joint,stiffness and function score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,32 cases were excellent,18 cases were good,7 cases were just OK,and 3 cases were not good,and the excellent and good rate was 83.33%.In the control group,25 cases were excellent,15 cases were good,14 cases were just OK and 6 cases were not good,and the excellent and good rate was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the WOMAC pain,stiffness and function score of the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is safe and simple,with accurate curative effect.
