电针配合滞针法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征38例临床观察

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨电针配合滞针法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法：设计前瞻性随机对照研究，将收治的75例第三腰椎横突综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为电针组38例和药物组37例。电针组予以电针配合滞针法治疗，药物组予以塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗。依据视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、腰痛评分量表（JOA）、腰椎前屈后伸活动及有效率评价临床疗效。结果：电针组脱落3例，药物组脱落4例。治疗后，2组VAS评分、JOA评分、腰椎活动度较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05）；且电针组优于药物组（P < 0.05）。JOA评分改善优良率电针组为94.29%，药物组为87.88%；临床疗效评定总有效率电针组为85.71%，药物组为81.82%。结论：电针配合滞针法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征，在改善患者VAS评分、JOA评分及腰椎前屈后伸活动度等方面，较口服药物治疗效果更明显，可减轻疼痛，缓解临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 38 Cases of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome with Electroacupuncture Combined with Needle Sticking Method

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with needle sticking method in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:A prospective randomized trial was designed,in which seventy-five patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group（38 cases）and a drug group（37 cases）.The lectroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with needle sticking therapy,and the drug group was orally given celecoxib capsules.The clinical effect was evaluated according to the visual analogue scale（VAS）score,the low back pain score（JOA）,the lumbar flexion and extension activity and the effective rate.Results:Thirty five cases in the electroacupuncture group and thirty three cases in the drug group were involved in the result analysis.After treatment,the VAS scores,JOA scores and lumbar activity of the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）,and the electroacupuncture group was better than the drug group（P < 0.05）.The improvement rate of JOA score was 94.29% in the electroacupuncture group and 87.88% in the drug group.The total effective rate was 85.71% in the electroacupuncture group and 81.82% in the drug group.Conclusion:Treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome by electroacupuncture combined with needle sticking method is more effective than oral medication in improving VAS score,JOA score,lumbar flexion and extension activity.It can relieve pain and clinical symptoms and improve patients' life quality.
