蜡药疗联合美洛昔康治疗膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎36例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察蜡药疗联合美洛昔康治疗膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将71例膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组35例。对照组口服美洛昔康片，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予膝关节蜡药疗。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗前后膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC评分）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）及关节肌肉超声下膝关节滑膜厚度及积液评分等。结果：治疗组显效1例，有效28例，无效7例，总有效率为80.56%；对照组显效0例，有效23例，无效12例，总有效率为65.71%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分、WOMAC评分、骨骼肌肉超声下膝关节滑膜及积液厚度评分等较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：蜡药疗联合美洛昔康对膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎具有较好的疗效，适合长期使用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 36 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Synovitis with Wax Medication Combining Meloxicam

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of wax medication combined with meloxicam in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis synovitis.Methods:Seventy-one cases of knee osteoarthritis synovitis were randomly divided into a treatment group（36 cases）and a control group（35 cases）.The control group was treated with meloxicam tablets,while the treatment group was given wax medication on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for four weeks.The VAS score,WOMAC score,CRP,and scores of knee joint synovial thickness and effusion of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,1 case was markedly effective,28 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.56%.In the control group,no case was markedly effective,23 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 65.71%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,The VAS score,WOMAC score,CRP,and scores of knee joint synovial thickness and effusion of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Wax medication combined with meloxicam has a good curative effect on knee osteoarthritis synovitis,suitable for long-term application.
