壮医药线点灸联合壮医火针治疗类风湿关节炎35例临床观察

　　【摘　要】目的：观察壮医药线点灸联合壮医火针治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上进行壮医药线点灸联合壮医火针治疗。2组均以观察2组治疗前后症状、体征及实验室指标的变化情况。结果：治疗后，2组抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体、白细胞介素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α等指标较治疗前均有改善P < 0.05，且治疗组优于对照组P < 0.05。结论：在常规药物治疗基础上结合壮医药线点灸联合壮医火针可有效改善类风湿关节炎患者临床症状及体征，并减轻炎性反应，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Treating 35 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Medicated Thread Moxibustion Combining Fire-needle Therapy of Traditional Zhuang Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of medicated thread moxibustion combining fire-needle therapy of traditional Zhuang medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Seventy patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group,based on the treatment for the control group,was treated with medicated thread moxibustion combining fire-needle therapy of traditional Zhuang medicine.The two groups were treated for 7 d as a course,3 courses altogether.The changes of symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,indexes such as the swollen joint count,joint tenderness count,time of morning stiffness,rheumatoid factor and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,platelet count,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Based on the conventional treatment,medicated thread moxibustion combining fire-needle therapy of traditional Zhuang medicine can effectively improve patients’ clinical condition of rheumatoid arthritis and reduce the inflammatory reaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
