经筋长圆针疗法联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎35例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察经筋长圆针疗法联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例。对照组采用塞来昔布联合传统针刺疗法，治疗组采用塞来昔布联合长圆针疗法。2组均以4周为1个疗程，随访12周；观察2组治疗前、治疗后12周的症状体征，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）评分进行整体疗效评价，并在治疗前后分别应用肌骨超声对患者膝关节的附着点炎及滑膜增生厚度进行评价。结果：治疗组和对照组各脱落1例。治疗后12周，2组VAS评分和WOMAC评分较治疗前均显著降低（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗组附着点炎、滑膜厚度的改善情况优于对照组（P < 0.05）；2组均未出现不良反应。结论：长圆针疗法可有效缓解膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛，改善膝关节活动能力及关节僵硬状态。

Clinical Observation on 35 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Meridian-sinew Long-round Needle Therapy Combined with Celecoxib

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of meridian-sinew long-round needle therapy combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Seventy cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib combined with traditional acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with celecoxib combined with meridian-sinew long-round needle therapy.Both groups had a treatment period of 4 weeks and were followed up for 12 weeks.The symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before treatment and 12 weeks after that,and the overall efficacy was evaluated by VAS and WOMAC.The patients' attachment point inflammation and synovial hyperplasia thickness of the knee joint were evaluated by musculoskeletal ultrasound before and after treatment.Results:One case fell off respectively in the treatment group and the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of both groups were significantly reduced compared to before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.The improvement of attachment inflammation and synovial thickness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）.No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Long-round needle therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve the knee joint mobility and joint stiffness.
