非特异性下腰痛与男性性功能障碍的相关性分析（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：研究非特异性下腰痛与男性性功能障碍的相关性。方法：对241例男性非特异性下腰痛患者和110例男性健康对照者进行研究。采用国际勃起功能指数和早泄诊断工具评价性功能，并与患者的年龄和病程长短进行相关性评估。结果：非特异性下腰痛患者的性功能障碍发生率为32.37%，健康对照者发生率为12.73%。年龄越大、病程越长的男性，性功能障碍患病率越高。结论：男性非特异性下腰痛患者的性功能障碍患病率较高，明显高于健康对照者。在非特异性下腰痛患者的日常护理和治疗中应增加性治疗和性管理。

Analysis of the Correlation Between Non-specific Low Back Pain and Male Sexual Dysfunction

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the correlation between non-specific low back pain and male sexual dysfunction.Methods:A study was conducted on 241 male patients with non-specific lower back pain and 110 male healthy controls.The International Index of Erectile Function and Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool were used to evaluate sexual function,and the correlation was evaluated with the patient's age and course of disease.Results:The incidence of sexual dysfunction in patients with non-specific lower back pain was 32.37%,while that in healthy controls was 12.73%.The older the age and longer the course of the disease,the higher the incidence of sexual dysfunction in males.Conclusion:The incidence of sexual dysfunction in male patients with non-specific lower back pain is higher,significantly higher than that of healthy controls.Sexual therapy and management should be added to the daily care and treatment of patients with lower back pain.
