桃红四物汤联合非甾体抗炎药治疗早期膝骨关节炎33例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察桃红四物汤联合非甾体抗炎药治疗早期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将67例行膝关节保守治疗的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组34例。对照组给予非甾体抗炎药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、美国特种外科医院评分（HSS评分）、关节活动度（ROM），并观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组治愈21例，好转9例，无效3例，总有效率为90.91%；对照组治愈20例，好转6例，无效8例，总有效率为76.47%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分、HSS评分、ROM较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论：桃红四物汤联合非甾体抗炎药治疗膝骨关节炎能够有效缓解疼痛，改善膝关节功能，适用于早期膝骨关节炎。

Clinical Observation on 33 Cases of Early Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Taohong Siwu Tang（桃红四物汤）Combined with Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Taohong Siwu Tang（桃红四物汤）combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group（33 cases）and a control group（34 cases）.The control group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and the treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu Tang based on the treatment for the control group.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,HSS score and ROM before and after treatment were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was also observed.Results:In the treatment group,21 cases were recovered,9 cases were improved,3 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 90.91%.In the control group,20 cases were recovered,6 cases were improved,8 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 76.47%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,VAS score,HSS score and ROM of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P > 0.05）.Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Tang Combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve pain and improve knee joint function,suitable for early knee osteoarthritis.
