依托考昔联合四妙丸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性细胞因子水平的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察依托考昔联合四妙丸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性细胞因子的影响。方法：将86例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组43例。对照组给予依托考昔治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用四妙丸。2组均以1周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、红细胞沉降率（ESR），以及血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。结果：治疗组显效27例，有效15例，无效1例，总有效率为97.67%；对照组显效21例，有效18例，无效4例，总有效率为90.70%。2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组患者VAS评分，及ESR、IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前均明显改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：依托考昔联合四妙丸治疗痛风性关节炎可以明显改善患者的临床症状，减轻炎症反应，为临床联合治疗提供依据。

Clinical Efficacy of Etoposide Combined with Simiao Wan（四妙丸）in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis and Their Influence on Serum Inflammatory Cytokines Level

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of etoposide combined with Simiao Wan（四妙丸）in the treatment of gouty arthritis and their influence on serum inflammatory cytokines.Methods:Eighty-six patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with etoposide,and the treatment group was treated with Simiao Wan based on the treatment for the control group,one week being a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,serum interleukin-6（IL-6）and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）levels were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,27 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.67%.In the control group,21 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.70%.The difference between the two groupswere statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,VAS score,ESR,IL-6,TNF-α levels of the two groups were significantly improved（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Etoposide combined with Simiao pill in the treatment of gouty arthritis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and provide the basis for clinically combined treatment.
