乌梅透骨糖浆联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎30例临床观察

　　【摘　要】目的：观察乌梅透骨糖浆联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予塞来昔布治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服乌梅透骨糖浆。2组均以1个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分（WOMAC评分）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）。结果：治疗组治愈2例，显效11例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组治愈1例，显效9例，有效14例，无效6例，总有效率为80.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分、CRP较治疗前均明显降低（P < 0.05）；且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：乌梅透骨糖浆联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎能够有效缓解患者疼痛，改善相关症状，疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 30 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis with Wumei Tougu Syrup（乌梅透骨糖浆）Combining Celecoxib

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wumei Tougu Syrup（乌梅透骨糖浆）com-bined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with celecoxib,and the treatment group was treated with Wumei Tougu Syrup on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month as a course.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,WOMAC score and CRP were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,2 cases were recovered,11 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group,1 case was recovered,9 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically  significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,VAS score,WOMAC score and CRP of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Wumei Tougu Syrup combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve patients’ pain and improve related symptoms,worthy of clinical promotion.
