基于中医传承辅助平台研究治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎方剂的组方配伍规律（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：基于中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）分析期刊与专利文献中治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎方剂的用药配伍规律。方法：筛选中国知网（CNKI）、万方（Wanfang）、维普（VIP）等数据库中近20年治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的方剂，通过中医传承辅助平台软件构建方剂数据库，利用该软件集成的关联规则及熵聚类等数据挖掘算法，总结治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎方剂中的用药频次、常用药对、潜在药对及发现新方。结果：通过对94首治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎方剂所含药物的频次统计分析，得到常用药物46味，其中使用频次较高的前10味药为桂枝、当归、炙甘草、白芍、独活、羌活、黄芪、防风、制川乌、川芎；使用频次较高的药对有26个。通过熵层次聚类分析算法发现关联系数较高的潜在药对40个及潜在新方14个。结论：治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的方剂以温经散寒、除湿、通络止痛较多，挖掘得到的新处方具有潜在的临床应用和新药开发价值。

On the Compatibility Rule of Prescriptions for Rheumatoid Arthritis of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type Based on the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To analyze the compatibility rule of prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type in journals and patent documents based on the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform（V2.5）.Methods:The prescriptions of treating rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases in recent twenty years were selected,and the prescription database was constructed by the software of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.Association rules integrated by the software and data such as entropy clustering were used to mine algorithms,summarize the medication frequency,commonly used drug pairs,potential drug pairs in the prescriptions of treating rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness obstruction and discover new prescriptions.Results:Through the statistical analysis for the frequency of 94 prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type,46 commonly used drugs were obtained,among which the top 10 drugs with higher frequency were Guizhi（Ramulus Cinnamomi）,Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis）,Zhigancao（Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle）,Baishao（Radix Paeoniae Alba）,Duhuo（Radix Angelicae Pubescentis）,Qianghuo（Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii）,Huangqi（Radix Astragali）,Fangfeng（Radix Saposhnikoviae）,Zhichuanwu（Radix Aconiti Praeparata） and Chuanxiong（Rhizoma Chuanxiong）.There were 26 drug pairs with high frequency of use,and 40 poten-tial drug pairs and 14 potential new prescrip-tions with high correlation coefficient were found by entropy hierarchical clustering analysis.Conclusion:Most of the prescriptions of treating rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type are for warming meridians,dispersing cold,removing dampness,dredging collaterals and relieving pain.The new prescription has the value of potential clinical application and new drug development.
