制马钱子配伍赤芍桂枝汤的抗炎镇痛实验研究(基础研究)

【摘 要】目的:研究配伍赤芍桂枝汤对制马钱子在风湿病治疗中抗炎镇痛的影响。方法:将赤芍桂枝汤与不同比例的制马钱子相配伍后,进行小鼠的抗炎与镇痛实验。抗炎实验采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,通过测定各组吸光度值进行比较;镇痛实验采用热板法,通过末次给药后1 h和2 h分别测定各组小鼠痛阈值进行比较。结果:通过对毛细血管通透性的影响研究表明,13.41%马钱子组可以明显增强制马钱子的抗炎作用(P ﹤0.05),7.19%马钱子组与3.72%马钱子组有增强马钱子抗炎作用的趋势(P > 0.05)。镇痛实验中,各配伍组与制马钱子组相比,都可以提高其痛阈,但差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:配伍赤芍桂枝汤不能明显增强制马钱子的镇痛作用,仅13.41%马钱子组能明显增强制马钱子的抗炎作用。

Experimental Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Semen Strychni Praeparata Combined with Chishao Guizhi Tang(赤芍桂枝汤)

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Semen Strychni Praeparata combined with Chishao Guizhi Tang(赤芍桂枝汤)in the treatment of rheumatism.Methods:The anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiments of mice were carried out after the mixture of Chishao Guizhi Tang and strychnine in different proportion.In the anti-inflammatory experiment,the permeability of capillaries in the abdominal cavity of mice was tested,and the absorbance values of each group were compared.In the analgesic experiment,the hot plate method was used,and the pain thresholds of each group were measured at 1 h and 2 h after the last administration.Results:Study on the capillary permeability showed that 13.41% of Semen Strychni Praeparata could significantly enhance the anti-inflammatory effect,7.19% and 3.72% of Semen Strychni Praeparata could enhance the anti-inflammatory effect,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In the analgesic experiment,the pain threshold of each compatibility group was higher than that of the Semen Strychni Praeparata group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Semen Strychni Praeparata can not significantly enhance the analgesic effect after compatibility,only 13.41% of Semen Strychni Praeparata can significantly enhance the anti-inflammatory effect.
