痛风患者疾病相关知识水平及影响因素研究分析（调查研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：调查痛风患者疾病相关知识水平及其影响因素。方法：横断面调查苏州大学附属第一医院诊后的痛风患者，采用一般情况调查表、疾病相关特征变量、痛风患者知识水平测定调查问卷、视觉模拟评分法收集资料，运用单因素分析和回归分析的统计学方法探索痛风患者疾病相关知识水平的影响因素。结果：本调查发放电子问卷370份，收回有效问卷315份并纳入统计分析。16.51%的患者不知晓痛风相关知识。痛风患者的饮酒史及激素服用情况与其疾病相关知识水平有关，且是其预测因素。结论：痛风患者疾病相关知识水平受社会人口学及疾病相关因素的影响，患者的知识水平有待进一步提高，医务工作者应加强对痛风治疗措施的宣教。

A Survey of Disease-related Knowledge Level in Gout Patients and Influencing Factors

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the knowledge level of gout patients and its influencing factors.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among patients with gout ever treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.Data were collected by general situation questionnaire,disease-related characteristic variables,questionnaire for gout patients' knowledge level and VAS method.Single factor analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of gout patients' disease-related knowledge.Results:Three hundred and seventy electronic questionnaires were distributed,315 of which were retrieved for statistical analysis.16.51% of the patients did not know about gout.The drinking history and hormone use of gout patients were related to their disease-related knowledge level,and were the predictors.Conclusion:The knowledge level of gout patients is influenced by the social demography and disease-related factors.The knowledge level of gout patients needs to be further improved.Medical workers should strengthen the propaganda and education of gout treatment measures.
