基于数据挖掘分析冯玲媚教授针刺治疗肝肾不足型膝骨关节炎的取穴规律（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨冯玲媚教授针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的用穴规律，总结其治疗膝骨关节炎的针灸学术经验。方法：将2018年2月至2019年2月就诊于冯玲媚教授门诊的患者信息输入中医传承辅助平台，采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，从取穴频次、高频组合配穴总结其治疗原则，探讨其临床取穴特点。结果：对筛选出的117首穴位处方进行分析，涉及55个穴位，7个高频穴位及关联性网络核心均为犊鼻、内膝眼、血海、鹤顶、曲泉、梁丘、膝痛穴（平衡针穴位），常用穴位组合10对，新方组合8条。结论：冯玲媚教授针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临证用穴以局部取穴及足阳明胃经穴、足太阴脾经穴及平衡针法取穴为主；治法以补肝肾为主，兼以疏利、濡养筋脉；用穴以犊鼻、内膝眼、血海、鹤顶、曲泉、梁丘、膝痛穴为核心。

Analysis of Acupoint Selection Regularity in Professor FENG Ling-mei's Acupuncture Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis with Liver and Kidney Deficiency Based on Data Mining

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the rules of acupoint selection used by Professor FENG Ling-mei in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to summarize his academic experience of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Patient information（from February 2018 to February 2019）from Professor FENG Ling-mei's outpatient clinic was input into the assistant platform of TCM inheritance.The unsupervised data mining methods such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering were used to summarize the treatment principles from the frequency and high frequency combination of acupoints,and to explore the characteristics of clinical acupoint selection.Results:One hundred and seventeen selected acupoint formulas were analyzed,involving 55 acupoints,among which 7 high-frequency acupoints and related network cores were Dubi（ST35）,Neixiyan（EX-LE4）,Xuehai（SP10）,Heding（EX-LE2）,Ququan（LR8）,Liangqiu（ST34）,and Xitong point（balance point）.There were 10 pairs of commonly used acupoint combinations and 8 new combinations.Conclusion:Professor FENG Ling-mei's acupoints for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis are mainly local acupoints and points of Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian and Balanced Acupuncture.The main treatment methods are tonifying liver and kidney,dredging and nourishing tendons and veins,and the cores of acupoints are Dubi（ST35）,Neixiyan（EX-LE4）,Xuehai（SP10）,Heding（EX-LE2）,Ququan（LR8）,Liangqiu（ST34）,and Xitong point.
