基于中医传承辅助平台挖掘张鸣鹤教授治疗痹证的用药研究（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：挖掘分析张鸣鹤教授治疗痹证的用药经验。方法：收集张鸣鹤教授治疗痹证的医案，建立数据库，将所得资料导入中医传承辅助平台，并对其处方用药进行研究。结果：筛选有效医案32则，共计114首处方，利用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法、熵聚类等数据挖掘方法，挖掘张鸣鹤教授治疗痹证的药物使用频次、四气、五味、归经、组方规律、新方分析等，得到核心药对组合40个、新处方1个。结论：张鸣鹤教授在治疗痹证时并非一味地清热解毒，而是以清热解毒为主，活血化瘀为辅，药物使用具有寒温并用、苦甘同组的特点，常选用数效兼备之药；但其临床实用价值，尚需通过理论溯源及临床试验来进一步评定。

On Professor ZHANG Ming-he's Medication for Bi Syndrome Based on TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore and analyze Professor ZHANG Ming-he's medication for bi syndrome.Methods:Professor ZHANG Ming-he's medical records on bi syndrome were collected to establish a database.All the data were input into the TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform,and his prescription and medication were studied.Results:Thirty-two effective medical records were screened,totaling 114 prescriptions.Using the data mining methods such as rule analysis,improved mutual information method and entropy clustering,40 core drug pair combinations and a new prescription were obtained by mining the frequency of medication,four scents,five flavors,meridian tropism,prescription rule and new analysis in Professor ZHANG Ming-he's treatment of bi syndrome.Conclusion:Professor ZHANG Ming-he is not simply clearing away heat and detoxifying in the treatment of bi syndrome,but put it in the first place and put activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the second.For medication,he uses medicinals with both cold and warm natures and combine medicinals with better and sweet natures together.He chooses medicinals with several effects.However,its clinical practical value still needs further evaluation through theoretical traceability and clinical trials.
