补肾散寒化瘀中药联合常规西药治疗强直性脊柱炎30例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察补肾散寒化瘀中药联合常规西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：将56例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组26例。对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片、依托考昔片和沙利度胺片治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予补肾散寒化瘀中药（牛膝、桑寄生、独活、淫羊藿、熟地黄、制附子、当归、白芍、杜仲、狗脊、川芎、桃仁、红花、甘草）治疗。2组疗程均为12周。观察2组患者治疗前后Bath强直性脊柱炎活动指数（BASDAI）、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数（BASFI）及红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平，并观察用药安全性。结果：治疗后，2组患者BASDAI、BASFI、ESR、CRP、TNF-α较治疗前均有降低（P < 0.05），且治疗组降低程度优于对照组（P < 0.05）。2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论：补肾散寒化瘀中药联合常规西药治疗强直性脊柱炎可有效控制病情活动，改善脊柱及关节功能状态，提高生活质量，同时降低实验室指标，达到控制疾病的目的。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated by Chinese Medicinals of Invigorating Kidney,Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Combined with Conventional Western Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicinals of invigorating kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:Fifty-six patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group（30 cases）and a control group（26 cases）.The control group was required to take sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets,relied on coxib tablets and thalidomide tablets.The treatment group was treated with medicinals of invigorating kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis（Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Herba Taxilli,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Herba Epimedii,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Cortex Eucommiae,Rhizoma Cibotii,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Semen Persicae,Flos Carthami,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae）on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The course of treatment for both groups was twelve weeks.Levels of BASDAI,BASFI,ESR,CRP,TNF-α and drug safety were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,BASDAI,BASFI,ESR,CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Chinese medicinals of invigorating kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with conventional Western medicine can effectively control the activity of ankylosing spondylitis,improve the functional status of spine and joint,improve the quality of life,and reduce laboratory indicators to achieve the purpose of disease control.
