补肾强督方联合依那西普治疗脊柱关节炎33例临床观察

　　【摘　要】目的：观察补肾强督方联合依那西普治疗脊柱关节炎的临床疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法：将66例脊柱关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组33例。对照组采用依那西普治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合补肾强督方治疗。2组疗程均为15周。观察2组治疗前后Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数（BASFI）、Bath强直性脊柱炎活动指数（BASDAI）、脊柱痛Likert四级评分、医生四级评分，红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）等炎性因子水平，以及关节疼痛、关节肿胀、附着点痛等指标。结果：治疗后，2组BASFI、BASDAI、脊柱痛Likert四级评分、医生四级评分、ESR、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、关节痛评分、关节肿胀评分、附着点痛评分等较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组低于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：补肾强督方联合依那西普治疗脊柱关节炎可有效改善关节、脊柱功能障碍及疼痛、肿胀等急性期症状，同时具有更好的抗炎及免疫功能调节等功效，进一步提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on 33 Cases of Spondyloarthritis Treated by Bushen Qiangdu Fang（补肾强督方）and Etanercept

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Qiangdu Fang（补肾强督方）combined with Etanercept in the treatment of spondyloarthritis and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods:Sixty-six patients with spondyloarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Etanercept,while the treatment group was treated with Bushen Qiangdu Fang based on the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for 15 weeks.BASFI,BASDAI,spinal pain,Likert grade 4 score,doctor grade 4 score,ESR,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,the level of inflammatory factors,and index of pain and swelling of joints were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of BASFI,BASDAI,Likert grade 4,doctor grade 4,ESR,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,joint pain score,joint swelling score,attachment point pain score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was lower than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Bushen Qiangdu Fang combined with Etanercept can effectively improve joint,spinal dysfunction and acute symptoms such as pain and swelling,and has better anti-inflammatory and immune function regulation effects,so as to further improve the clinical efficacy.
