五行音乐联合针刺激痛点治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征45例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察五行音乐联合针刺激痛点对肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法：将90例肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。对照组给予针刺激痛点治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用五行音乐。2组均以10 d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后McGill简化量表疼痛评分，包括疼痛分级指数（PRI）评分、现有痛强度（PPI）评分、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分，并观察2组复发情况。结果：治疗组痊愈32例，显效10例，有效3例，无效0例，痊愈率为71.11%；对照组痊愈24例，显效13例，有效8例，无效0例，痊愈率为53.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组PRI评分、PPI评分、VAS评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。6个月后，治疗组复发4例，复发率8.89%；对照组复发10例，复发率为22.22%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：五行音乐联合针刺激痛点治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征，疗效较佳，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on 45 Cases of Shoulder-back Myofascial Pain Syndrome Treated by the Five-element Music Combined with Needling Pain-stimulating Points

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the five-element music combined with needling pain-stimulating points on shoulder-back myofascial pain syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with shoulder-back myofascial pain syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by needling pain-stimulating points,while the treatment group was treated with the five-element music on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses of treatment,ten days as one.The clinical efficacy of both groups and the pain score of McGill simplified scale before and after treatment were observed,including pain grading index（PRI）scale,current pain intensity（PPI）scale and visual analogue scale（VAS）,and the recurrence of the two groups was observed.Results:In the treatment group,32 cases were recovered,10 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective and no cases were ineffective,and the cure rate was 71.11%.In the control group,24 cases were recovered,13 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and no cases were ineffective,and the cure rate was 53.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.After treatment,PRI scale,PPI scale and VAS of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.After 6 months,4 cases recurred in the treatment group,with a recurrence rate of 8.89%,while 10 cases recurred in the control group,with a recurrence rate of 22.22%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:The effect five-element music combined with needling pain-stimulating points is better in the treatment of shoulder-back myofascial pain syndrome,worthy of clinical promotion.
