系统性红斑狼疮患者血清多种细胞因子水平的临床意义（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清中异常表达的干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素（IL）-4、IL-10、IL-17、IL-9与SLE疾病活动度指数（SLEDAI）的关系及相关临床意义。方法：选取88例SLE患者为SLE组，另选41例健康体检者作为健康对照组。采用Luminex液相芯片检测2组血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10、IL-17、IL-9水平，分析其与SLE活动度、临床及实验室指标的相关性。结果：SLE组血清中IL-10、IL-17、TNF-α水平高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；SLE组血清中IL-10、IL-17水平与SLEDAI均呈正相关；IL-9在有关节损害的SLE患者中水平升高，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：SLE患者血清中存在多种细胞因子异常，IL-10、IL-17可以成为预测SLE患者疾病活动度的候选生物标记物，IL-9可能与SLE患者关节损害有关。

Clinical Significance of Levels of Multiple Cytokines in Serum of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the relationship between IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-10,IL-17,IL-9 and the disease activity index of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLEDAI）and related clinical significance.Methods:Eighty-eight SLE patients were selected as a SLE group and 41 health examinees were selected as a healthy control group.The levels of IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-10,IL-17 and IL-9 in serum of the two groups were detected by Luminex liquid chip and were used to analyze their correlation with SLE activity,clinical and laboratory parameters.Results:The levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-α in SLE group were higher than those in the healthy control group,with statistical significance（P < 0.05）;the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in SLE group were positively correlated with SLEDAI;the levels of IL-9 in SLE patients with joint damage increased,with statistical significance（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:There are many abnormal cytokines in the serum of SLE patients.IL-10 and IL-17 may be candidate biomarkers for predicting disease activity in SLE patients.IL-9 may be related to joint damage.
