紫外-可见分光光度法测定止痛祛风胶囊中总黄酮含量（药物研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定止痛祛风胶囊中总黄酮含量的方法。方法：采用体积分数为70%的乙醇超声提取总黄酮，以芒果苷为对照品，紫外-可见分光光度法测定止痛祛风胶囊中的总黄酮含量，检测波长380 nm。结果：芒果苷在0.001 15～0.009 2 mg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为86.14%，RSD为4.99%。结论：采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定止痛祛风胶囊中总黄酮含量的方法，操作简便，重复性好，可作为止痛祛风胶囊总黄酮的含量测定方法。

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Zhitong Qufeng Jiaonang（止痛祛风胶囊）by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.Methods:An ultrasound extraction with 70% ethanol was made for total flavonoids.The content of total flavonoids in Zhitong Qufeng Jiaonang was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry with mangiferin as the control.The detection wavelength was 380 nm.Results:Mangiferin showed a good linear relationship between 0.001 15 and 0.009 2 mg·mL^-1.The average recovery of mangiferin was 86.14% and RSD was 4.99%.Conclusion:The method of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavonoids in Zhitong Qufeng Jiaonang is simple and reproducible.
