通痹胶囊联合常规综合疗法治疗早期类风湿关节炎42例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察通痹胶囊联合常规综合疗法治疗早期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将84例早期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组42例。对照组给予常规综合疗法（药物治疗+理疗+健康教育及心理护理等）治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用通痹胶囊和抗肿瘤坏死因子-α。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数及红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果：治疗后，2组关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数、ESR、CRP较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05）；且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：通痹胶囊联合常规综合疗法治疗早期类风湿关节炎可提高疗效，利于疾病恢复，减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation on 42 Cases of Early Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by Tongbi Jiaonang（通痹胶囊）and Routine Comprehensive Therapy

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongbi Jiaonang（通痹胶囊）combined with routine comprehensive therapy for early rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Eighty-four patients with early rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment（i.e.drug,physiotherapy,health education and psychological nursing）,while the treatment group was given Tongbi Jiaonang and anti-TNF-α based on the treatment for the control group.The course of treatment was three months for both groups.Joint swelling index,joint pain index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）and C-reactive protein（CRP）were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,joint swelling index,joint pain index,ESR and CRP in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Modified Tongbi Jiaonang combined with routine comprehensive therapy can improve the curative effect of early rheumatoid arthritis,help the recovery of disease,alleviate the pain of patients,and improve the quality of their lives.
