益气养阴通络方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎28例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察益气养阴通络方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将56例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组28例。对照组单纯采用甲氨蝶呤治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气养阴通络方口服。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、红细胞沉降率（ESR），采用疾病活动度指数量表评估生活质量。结果：51例患者完成治疗进入最终评估，治疗组26例，对照组25例。治疗组显效8例，有效15例，无效3例，总有效率为88.46%；对照组显效4例，有效8例，无效13例，总有效率为48.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组生活质量各条目评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组改善优于对照组（P < 0.05或P < 0.01）；2组CRP、ESR较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），但2组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥ 0.05）。结论：益气养阴通络方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎，可提高患者生活质量，疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on 28 Cases with Rheumatoid Arthritis of Deficiency of Qi and Yin Treated by Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang（益气养阴通络方）and Methotrexate

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang（益气养阴通络方）combined with methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis of deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods:Fifty-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate alone,while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang based on the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein（CRP）and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）of the two groups were observed,and the quality of life was evaluated by disease activity index.Results:Fifty-one patients completed the treatment and entered the final evaluation 26 patients in the treatment group and 25 in the control group.In the treatment group,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.46%;while in the control group,4 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 48.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the scores of life quality in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）;CRP and ESR in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of deficiency of both Qi and Yin can exactly improve the life quality of patients.
