平乐正骨手法联合三屈位优值牵引治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症43例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察运用平乐正骨手法联合三屈位优值牵引治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法：将86例退行性腰椎滑脱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组43例。2组患者均采用三屈位优值牵引治疗，对照组联合常规推拿手法，治疗组联合平乐正骨手法。2组均以12 d为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及日本骨科学会评估治疗分数（JOA评分）。结果：治疗组治愈16例，显效17例，有效9例，无效1例，总有效率为96.67%；对照组治愈10例，显效11例，有效16例，无效6例，总有效率为86.05%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分、JOA评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：平乐正骨手法联合三屈位优值牵引治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症具有较好的协同作用，临床疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on 43 Cases of Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Treated with Pingle Bone-setting Manipulation Combined with Triple-flexion Optimal Value Traction

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pingle Bone-setting Manipulation combined with triple-flexion optimal value traction in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:Eighty-six cases with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with triple-flexion optimal value traction,based on which the control group was combined with conventional massage,and the treatment group was combined with Pingle Bone-setting manipulation.Both groups were treated for 12 days.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale（VAS）and Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA）score were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%;while in the control group,10 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.05%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS and JOA score of the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Pingle Bone-setting manipulation combined with triple-flexion optimal value traction has a better synergistic effect in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.
