理筋手法联合中药离子导入治疗气滞血瘀型儿童髋关节非特异性滑膜炎40例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察理筋手法联合中药离子导入治疗气滞血瘀型儿童髋关节非特异性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例气滞血瘀型儿童髋关节非特异性滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规卧床休息、患肢皮肤牵引、中频治疗仪等基础治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用理筋手法结合院内制剂下肢洗伤方中频离子导入。2组均以7 d为1个疗程。观察2组治疗2个疗程后的临床疗效，并比较2组疼痛缓解、解除患髋关节活动障碍的时间。结果：治疗组治愈34例，好转5例，未愈1例，总有效率为97.50%；对照组治愈28例，好转7例，未愈5例，总有效率为87.50%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组疼痛缓解时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗组患髋活动障碍解除时间优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：理筋手法联合中药离子导入治疗气滞血瘀型儿童髋关节滑膜炎具有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Non-specific Synovitis of Hip Joint in Children of Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis Type Treated by Tendon-soothing Manipulation and TCM Iontophoresis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tendon-soothing manipulation combined with TCM iontophoresis in the treatment of non-specific synovitis of hip joint in children with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Eighty cases of non-specific synovitis of the hip joint in children with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was asked to have a bed rest and given routine treatment such as skin traction of affected limbs,or treated with intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus,while the treatment group was treated with tendon-soothing manipulation combining iontophoresis with self-prepared Xiazhi Xishangfang（下肢洗伤方）based on

 the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for 7 days as a course.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after two courses of treatment,and the time of pain relief and relief of dyskinesia of hip joint were compared between the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,34 cases were cured,5 cases were improved,1 case was not cured,and the total effective rate was 97.50%;while in the control group,28 cases were cured,7 cases were improved,5 cases were not cured,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,there was no significant difference in pain relief time between the two groups（P > 0.05）,and the relief time of hip dyskinesia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Tendon-soothing manipulation combined with TCM iontophoresis in the treatment of non-specific synovitis of hip joint in children with qi stagnation and blood stasis has a good effect.
