透明质酸钠关节腔注射联合电针、理疗治疗膝骨关节炎

60例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察透明质酸钠关节腔内注射联合电针、理疗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组行电针、理疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用关节腔内注射透明质酸钠。2组均以5周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，运用膝骨关节炎评分量表（WOMAC）于治疗前、治疗后、治疗后3个月进行随访评估。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率为91.67%，对照组总有效率为90.00%，2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗后3个月随访，治疗组总有效率为83.33%，对照组总有效率为61.67%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组WOMAC评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.01或P < 0.05），但2组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗后3个月随访，治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：透明质酸钠关节腔内注射联合电针、理疗与单纯电针理疗治疗膝骨关节炎，均具有显著疗效，但联合治疗具有更好的远期疗效。

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Electroacupuncture

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for 5 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and WOMAC was used for follow-up evaluation respectively before,after treatment,and 3 months after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,and the difference between them was not statistically significant（P > 0.05）.According to the follow-up after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 61.67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the WOMAC scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）.According to the follow-up after 3 months of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with electroacupuncture has a long-term curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis compared with the treatment with electroacupuncture only.
