手法整复联合重子穴、重仙穴针刺对胸椎小关节紊乱症

患者症状及临床疗效的干预（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：通过比较干预前后患者临床疗效及症状变化情况，探讨手法整复联合重子穴、重仙穴针刺对胸椎小关节紊乱症的干预效果。方法：将124例胸椎小关节紊乱患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组62例。对照组单纯采用手法整复干预，治疗组在手法整复的基础上采用重子穴、重仙穴联合干预方式。观察2组患者治愈率和总有效率，以及干预前后患者临床疼痛评分和关节活动度评分。结果：治疗组治愈36例，好转23例，无效3例，治愈率为58.06%，总有效率为95.16%；对照组治愈24例，好转28例，无效10例，治愈率为38.71%，总有效率为83.87%。2组治愈率和总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后，2组疼痛评分和关节活动度评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：无论临床疗效还是改善患者疼痛及关节活动度，胸椎小关节紊乱症手法整复联合重子穴、重仙穴针刺干预方法均明显优于单纯手法整复。

Intervention on Symptoms and Clinical Efficacy of Thoracic Facet Joint Disorder with Manipulative Reduction Combing Acupuncture on Chongzi and Chongxian Acupoints

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the effects of manipulative reduction combing acupuncture on Chongzi and Chongxian acupoints by intervening symptoms and clinical efficacy of thoracic facet joint disorder.Methods:One hundred and twenty four patients with thoracic facet joint disorder were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,62 cases in each group.The control group was only treated by manipulative reduction,while the treatment group was treated by manipulative reduction combing acupuncture on Chongzi and Chongxian acupoints.The cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups were observed,and the joint range of motion and clinical pain score of the patients before and after intervention were observed.Results:In the treatment group,36 cases were cured,23 cases were improved,3 cases were invalid,the cure rate was 58.06%,and the total effective rate was 95.16%;while in the control group,24 cases were cured,28 cases were improved,10 cases were invalid,the cure rate was 38.71%,and the total effective rate was 83.87%.There was a significant difference in the cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups（P < 0.05）.After one and two courses of treatment,the scores of pain and joint activity in the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:No matter the clinical curative effect or pain relief and joint activity of the patients,the effects of manipulative reduction combing acupuncture on Chongzi and Chongxian acupoints are obviously better than the simple manipulation.
