委中穴梅花针叩刺联合拔罐对膝骨关节炎的功能恢复研究（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察委中穴梅花针叩刺联合拔罐对膝骨关节炎的功能恢复疗效。方法：将96例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组48例。对照组行常规药物治疗及健康指导，治疗组在对照组基础上行委中穴梅花针叩刺联合拔罐疗法，隔日1次，每周3次为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。以关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、关节活动度、关节功能障碍程度分级为功能恢复评价指标，比较治疗前后2组的功能恢复疗效。结果：治疗后，2组患者VAS评分均下降，关节活动度提高，关节功能障碍程度改善（P < 0.01）；且治疗组膝关节功能恢复疗效明显优于对照组（P < 0.01）。结论：委中穴梅花针叩刺联合拔罐能较好地缓解膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、改善膝关节功能障碍程度及提高关节活动度，能够促进患者膝关节功能恢复，对临床治疗膝骨关节炎具有一定参考价值。

Functional Recovery of Knee Osteoarthritis by Needling Weizhong Acupoint with Pyonex Combined with Cupping

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the functional recovery of knee osteoarthritis by needling Weizhong Acupoint with pyonex combined with cupping.Methods:Ninety-six patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medication and health guidance.The treatment group was treated by needling Weizhong Acupoint with pyonex combined with cupping based on the treatment for the control group,once every other day and 3 times a week as a course.There were 4 courses.The visual analogue score（VAS）,and the degrees of joint activity and joint dysfunction were used to evaluate the functional recovery of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of VAS in the two groups decreased,the degrees of joint activity and joint dysfunction were improved（P < 0.01）,and the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group（P < 0.01）.Conclusion:Needling Weizhong Acupoint with pyonex combined with cupping can relieve pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve the degree of knee joint dysfunction and increase the degree of joint activity,and promote the recovery of the knee joint function,which is of certain reference value for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
