董氏奇穴加艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察董氏奇穴配合艾灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特口服治疗，治疗组给予董氏奇穴配合艾灸治疗。2组均治疗5周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后实验室指标、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果：治疗组临床痊愈17例，显效21例，有效19例，无效3例，总有效率为95.00%；对照组临床痊愈9例，显效16例，有效22例，无效13例，总有效率为78.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白、类风湿因子及VAS评分较治疗前均有降低（P < 0.05），且治疗组较对照组降低更明显（P < 0.05）。结论：董氏奇穴配合艾灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎，安全、有效、不良反应少，疗效优于西药治疗。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Dong's Extra Points Combining Moxibustion

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dong's extra points combining moxibustion in the treatment of cold-dampness-type rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of cold-dampness-type rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each.The control group was treated with methotrexate and leflunomide orally,and the treatment group was treated with Dong's extra points combining moxibustion therapy.The two groups were treated for 5 weeks.The clinical effects,laboratory indexes and the visual analogue score（VAS）of the two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,17 cases were clinical recovery,21 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 95.00%.In the control group,9 cases were clinical recovery,16 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,rheumatoid factor and VAS of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Dong's extra points combining moxibustion is safe and effective with less adverse reactions in the treatment of cold-dampness-type rheumatoid arthritis,better than western medicine.
