中药联合中频导入治疗血瘀气滞型肩周炎对功能活动的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察中药联合中频导入治疗血瘀气滞型肩周炎的镇痛和关节功能恢复的临床疗效。方法：将63例血瘀气滞型肩周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组31例和治疗组32例。2组均进行肩部功能锻炼，对照组采用中频电疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。2组均治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效以及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、肩关节功能Constant-murley评分。结果：治疗组治愈15例，好转13例，未愈2例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组治愈7例，好转15例，未愈8例，总有效率为73.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分及Constant-murley评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：在功能锻炼基础上，采用中药联合中频导入治疗血瘀气滞型肩周炎可以显著减轻疼痛，改善肩关节功能，临床疗效显著且安全。

Effect of Treating Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis Type Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with Chinese Medicine Combined with Intermediate Frequency Introduction on Joint Function

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with intermediate frequency introduction on joint function in the treatment of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:Sixty three cases of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into a control group（31 cases）and a treatment group（32 cases）according to the random number table.Patients in both groups were guided to take shoulder exercise.The control group was treated with intermediate frequency electrotherapy.Based on the former treatment for the control group,the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect as well as the pain visual analogue score（VAS）score and the shoulder function Constant-murley score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,15 cases were cured,13 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;while in the control group,7 cases were cured,15 cases were improved,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS scores and Constant-murley scores of the two groups were improved（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:On the basis of functional exercise,Chinese medicine combined with intermediate frequency induction can significantly relieve pain and improve shoulder function in the treatment of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type scapulohumeral periarthritis,effective and safe.
