8906例健康人群血尿酸与性别、年龄、血脂、肝功能、血糖、体质量指数的相关性研究（调查研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨郑州市8906例健康人群血尿酸水平与性别、年龄、血脂、肝功能、血糖、体质量指数（BMI）的相关性。方法：对2014年1月1日至2016年1月1日在郑州人民医院体检中心有完整血尿酸、血脂、肝功能、血糖、体质量、身高资料的8906例健康人群的体检资料进行整理分析。结果：①性别不同其血尿酸水平差异有统计学意义（P < 0.001），且男性血尿酸水平高于女性。年龄 < 20岁组的男性和女性血尿酸水平均高于其他年龄组，其他年龄组间血尿酸水平差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；年龄 < 20岁组及年龄 > 70岁组男性和女性血尿酸水平差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05），20～69岁健康人群中男性血尿酸水平高于女性，且差异有统计学意义（P < 0.001）。②血尿酸水平与血糖（r = 0.11）、三酰甘油（r = 0.316）、谷丙转氨酶（r = 0.305）、BMI（r = 0.322）呈正相关，与高密度脂蛋白（r = -0.289）呈负相关。结论：20～69岁健康人群中男性血尿酸水平高于女性，高血糖、高三酰甘油、高谷丙转氨酶、肥胖可能是高尿酸血症的危险因素，而高高密度脂蛋白可能是高尿酸血症的保护因素。

Correlation Between Serum Uric Acid and Sex,Age,Blood Lipid,Liver Function,Blood Glucose and Body Mass Index in 8906 Healthy People

　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid levels and sex,age,blood lipid,liver function,blood glucose and body mass index（BMI）in 8906 healthy people in Zhengzhou,Henan province,China.Methods:Data on blood uric acid,blood lipid,liver function,blood glucose,body mass and height of 8906 healthy people in the Physical Examination Center of Zhengzhou People's Hospital from January 1,2014 to January 1,2016 were analyzed.Results:①The difference of serum uric acid levels between different sexes was statistically significant（P < 0.001）,and the level of serum uric acid in male was higher than that in female.The blood uric acid levels of the male and female under the age of twenty were higher than other age groups,and there were no significant differences of the level of serum uric acid between other age groups（P > 0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences between the people above twenty and under seventy（P > 0.05）.Among those between twenty and sixty-nine,the blood uric acid in male was higher than that in female,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.001）.②Serum uric acid levels were positively correlated with blood glucose（r = 0.11）,three triacylglycerol（r = 0.316）,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase（r = 0.305）,and BMI（r = 0.322）,and negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein（r = -0.289）.Conclusion:Blood uric acid level in healthy male between the age of 20 and 69 is higher than female.Blood glucose,High alanine aminotransferase,obesity may be risk factors of hyperuricemia,and high density lipoprotein may be a protective factor of it.
