自拟补肾活血汤联合平乐正骨手法治疗膝骨关节炎

　　【摘　要】目的：观察自拟补肾活血汤结合平乐正骨手法治疗膝骨关节炎的早期临床疗效。方法：将69例膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组36例和对照组33例。治疗组采用自拟补肾活血汤结合平乐正骨手法治疗，对照组给予口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗。2组均以3周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果：治疗组临床痊愈14例，显效13例，好转5例，无效4例，总有效率88.89%；对照组临床痊愈11例，显效10例，好转5例，无效7例，总有效率78.79%。2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分均有不同程度的改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：补肾活血法联合平乐正骨手法治疗膝骨关节炎较单纯口服塞来昔布胶囊疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Self-made Bushen Huoxue Tang （补肾活血汤） Combined with Pingle Orthopedic Manipulation

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang（补肾活血汤）combined withPingle orthopedic manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis at the early stage.Methods:Sixty-nine patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into a treatment group（36 cases）and a control group（33 cases）.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Tang combined Pingle orthopedic manipulation,while the control group was orally given Celecoxib Capsules.The two groups were treated for three weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,14 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.89%;while in the control group,11 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.79%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were improved in different degrees（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Tang combined with Pingle orthopedic manipulation is more effective than simple oral administration of Celecoxib Capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,worthy of clinical application.
