基于病证结合的强直性脊柱炎数据库建立及其379例

　　【摘　要】目的：建立病证结合的强直性脊柱炎数据库。方法：广泛收集中西医文献中有关强直性脊柱炎患者可能出现的各种中西医临床表现，制成既能全面反映西医学病，又能全面反映中医证候的“强直性脊柱炎病证调查表”，涉及272个临床项目。将2013年4月至2016年9月在河南风湿病医院就诊的符合诊断标准的强直性脊柱炎患者进行临床调查，将调查结果录入计算机，建立数据库。结果：河南风湿病医院强直性脊柱炎数据库（HFAS数据库），包含379例强直性脊柱炎患者的一般资料、关节表现、关节外表现、体格检查、实验室检查及放射学检查等，包含243个临床项目。结论：HFAS数据库是目前较接近强直性脊柱炎病证结合“真实世界”的数据库，值得深入挖掘，以促进强直性脊柱炎中医证候的规范化。

Establishment of Ankylosing Spondylitis Database Based on the Combination of Disease and Syndrome and 379 Cases of Baseline Data

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To establish a database of ankylosing spondylitis based on the combination of disease and syndrome.Methods:An extensive collection of patients of ankylosing spondylitis with various clinical manifestations was made from literature on Chinese medicine and Western medicine to make an Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Questionnaire,which includes 272 clinical projects and was able to fully reflect the modern disease the TCM Syndromes.Patients of ankylosing spondylitis who met the diagnostic criteria and were treated in Henan Rheumatism Hospital from April 2013 to September 2016 were investigated and the findings were input into the computer to establish a database（HFAS datebase）.Results:HFAS database included the general information,joint performance,extra articular manifestations,physical examination,laboratory examination and radiological examination of 379 cases of ankylosing spondylitis and 243 clinical projects.Conclusion:HFAS database is a database which is closer to the “real world” of ankylosing spondylitis,worthy of further investigation so as to promote the standardization of TCM syndrome of ankylosing spondylitis.
