从网络药理学角度研究白芍治疗类风湿关节炎的作用

【摘 要】目的:从分子水平揭示白芍治疗类风湿关节炎的作用。方法:从北京大学天然产物库中搜索白芍的化学成分,通过分子对接和生物网络技术,研究白芍化合物与类风湿关节炎相关通路重要靶点的相互作用。结果:模拟筛选出来白芍有效成分群25个化合物,为苷类、多酚类、黄酮类和有机酸类化合物,能与p38 MAPK、JNK和PI3K-AKT信号通路中重要靶点p38、JNK-1、JNK-3、PI3Kα、PI3Kβ和PI3Kδ有相互作用。结论:网络药理学直观显示了白芍治疗类风湿关节炎的多成分、多靶点和多通路作用,为后续从白芍中开发出治疗类风湿关节炎的新药提供了依据。

On the Role of Baishao in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis from the Viewpoint of Network Pharmacology

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To reveal the role of Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis at the molecular level.Methods:The chemical constituents of Baishao were searched from the Universal Natural Products Database of Peking University.The molecular docking and biological network techniques were used to study the interaction between the compounds of Baishao and the important targets of related pathways of rheumatoid arthritis.Results:Twenty five compounds of the effective constituents in Baishao selected by simulation,such as glycosides,polyphenols,flavonoids and organic acids,could interact with important targets of p38,JNK-1,JNK-3,PI3Kα and PI3Kβ and PI3Kδ in the signaling pathways of p38 MAPK,JNK and PI3K-AKT.Conclusion:Network pharmacology explicitly shows the multi-component,multi-target and multi-channel effects of Baishao on rheumatoid arthritis,providing a basis for the development of new drugs for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in Baishao.
