止痛祛风汤对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8的影响

　　【摘　要】目的：观察止痛祛风汤对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠血清白细胞介素（IL）-6、IL-8的影响。方法：将60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组，模型对照组，秋水仙碱组，止痛祛风汤高、中、低剂量组，每组10只。空白对照组大鼠不限制饮水，自由进食；模型对照组大鼠给予生理盐水0.135 mg·kg^-1进行灌胃；秋水仙碱组大鼠给予秋水仙碱溶液0.135 mg·kg^-1进行灌胃；止痛祛风汤高、中、低剂量组大鼠分别给予止痛祛风汤31.25 g·（100 g）^-1、15 g·（100 g）^-1、7.5 g·（100 g）^-1进行灌胃。于第7天给药后30 min，除空白对照组外，其余各组大鼠采用注射尿酸钠方式诱导急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型，分别检测各组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8水平的变化情况。结果：止痛祛风汤高、中剂量组以及秋水仙碱组大鼠血清中的IL-6、IL-8含量均明显降低，3组分别与模型对照组进行比较，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；止痛祛风汤高、中剂量组与秋水仙碱组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论：止痛祛风汤能通过降低IL-6、IL-8的水平而达到治疗痛风性关节炎的作用。

Effect of Zhitong Qufeng Tang（止痛祛风汤）on IL-6 and IL-8 in Serum of Rats with Acute Gouty Arthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the effect of Zhitong Qufeng Tang（止痛祛风汤）on IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of rats with acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Sixty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank control group,a model control group,a colchicine group,and high moderate and low dose groups of Zhitong Qufeng Tang（H,M and L groups）,10 rats in each group.The rats in the blank control group are allowed to drink and eat freely.The rats in the model control group were given 0.135 mg·kg^-1 of normal saline by gavage.The rats in the colchicine group were given intragastric administration of 0.135 mg·kg^-1 of colchicine solution.The H,M and L groups were respectively given intragastric administration of 31.25 g·（100 g）^-1,15 g·（100 g）^-1 and 7.5 g·（100 g）^-1 of Zhitong Qufeng Tang.Thirty minutes after administration in the third day,rats in all the groups but the blank control group were induced by injecting sodium urate to establish modes with acute gouty arthritis.The changes of IL-6 and IL-8 levels in rats’ serum were detected respectively.Results:The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in rats of the colchicine group and the H and M groups were significantly decreased.The differences between the H,M groups and the model control group were statistically significant（P < 0.05）.The differences between the H,M groups and the colchicine group were not statistically significant（P > 0.05）.Conclusion:Zhitong Qufeng Tang can treat gouty arthritis by reducing the levels of IL-6 and IL-8.
