基于数据挖掘技术探析针刀治疗膝骨关节炎临床选点规律(临床研究)

【摘 要】目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析总结针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的临床施术点规律。方法:计算机检索近5年中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(WangFang)、PubMed数据库中有关针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的临床文献,建立数据库,运用SPSS 26.0软件与SPSS Modeler18.0软件进行统计分析。结果:纳入文献203篇,涉及腧穴18个,累计使用频次306次,频次前5位的腧穴依次是犊鼻穴、内膝眼穴、阴陵泉穴、梁丘穴、血海穴;涉及解剖点48个,使用频次前5位的施术点依次是膝关节外侧副韧带、膝关节内侧副韧带、前交叉韧带、后交叉韧带、髌下脂肪垫;涉及经络5条,足阳明胃经占比最高,共使用频次135次,占比44.12%;结论:针刀治疗膝骨关节炎选点以膝关节外侧副韧带与脾胃经为核心,通过恢复膝关节应力平衡与通调气血来改善膝骨关节炎预后。

Exploring the Point-selection Rules of Needle Knife Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis in Clinic Based on Data Mining Technology

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To analyze and summarize the point-selection rules of needle knife treatment for knee osteoarthritis in clinic based on data mining technology.Methods:Clinical literature on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with needle knife in the databases of CNKI,VIP,WangFang,and PubMed in the past five years was searched by computer,and a database was established.Statistical analysis was conducted using softwares SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Modeler18.0.Results:A total of 203 articles were included,involving 18 acupoints,with a cumu-lative frequency of 306 times.The top five acupoints in frequency were Du Bi(ST 35),Nei Xi Yan(EX-LE4),Yin Ling Quan(SP 9),Liang Qiu(ST 34),and Xue Hai(SP 10);there are 48 anatomical points involved,and the top five most frequently used surgical points are the lateral collateral ligament of the knee joint,the medial collateral ligament of the knee joint,the anterior cruciate ligament,the posterior cruciate ligament,and the patellar fat pad;there are 5 meridians involved,with the highest proportion being the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,which is used 135 times,accounting for 44.12%.Conclusion:The point-selection of needle knife therapy for knee osteoarthritis focuses on the lateral collateral ligament of the knee joint and the spleen stomach meridian,and the therapy improves the prognosis of knee osteoarthritis by restoring stress balance of the knee joint and regulating qi and blood.
