基于中医传承辅助平台挖掘《医宗金鉴·正骨心法要旨》治伤组方用药规律

　　【摘　要】目的：基于中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）系统，分析《医宗金鉴·正骨心法要旨》治伤的用药规律、组方特点及学术思想。方法：将《医宗金鉴·正骨心法要旨》中治伤的内服方剂，运用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）纳入处方信息，并建立组方信息数据库。同时，采用该平台的相关数据挖掘方法，分析清代医家吴谦治疗骨伤科疾病的组方用药规律，并进行可视化展示。结果：纳入内服方剂63首，涉及药物144味，诸方中以活血化瘀、补益气血药物的使用频率最高，其中出现次数最多药物组合是川芎-当归，出现27次；药性中使用频次最高的为温性药物，药味以辛为主，苦味、甘味次之，归经以肝经、脾经为主；演化得出药物核心组合6组，新处方3首。结论：吴谦治疗骨伤科疾病重视气血、脏腑辨证，重点从气血、肝脾论治，尤重补血活血、祛瘀生新的用药特点，为临床治疗骨伤科疾病的处方用药提供理论依据。

Mining the Rules of Prescription and Medication for Injury Treatment in Golden Mirror of the Medical Tradition· Essential Teachings on Bone Setting Based on the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:Based on the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform（V2.5）system,to analyze the law of medication,characteristics of prescription and academic ideas in the treatment of injuries in Golden Mirror of the Medical Tradition Essential Teachings on Bone Setting.Methods:The internal prescription for treating injuries in Golden Mirror of the Medical Tradition · Essential Teachings on Bone Setting was incorporated into the prescription information by using the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform（V2.5）,and the prescription information database was established.At the same time,the relevant data mining methods of the platform were used to analyze the prescription and medication laws of WU Qian,a doctor in the Qing Dynasty,in treating orthopedic and traumatology diseases,and to visually display them.Results:Sixty-three internal formulas were included,involving 144 drugs.Among all the formulas,the medicinals that promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and replenish qi and blood were used most frequently,of which the medicinal combination of Chuanxiong（Rhizoma Chuanxiong）and Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis）appeared the most,27 times.The most frequently used medicinals are warm in nature and acrid in flavor,followed by those with bitter and sweet flavor,and they mainly act on the liver and spleen channels.There were 6 groups of core medicinal combinations and 3 new prescriptions.Conclusion:WU Qian attached importance to the differentiation of qi and blood and viscera in the treatment of orthopedic and traumatology diseases,focused on the treatment of qi and blood,liver and spleen,and emphasized the characteristics of invigorating blood and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis to generate the new,which provided a theoretical basis for the prescription of clinical treatment of orthopedic and traumatology diseases.
